I moved to the Murrells Inlet area 5 years ago and was using a HVAC / Heat Pump company the previous homeowner suggested. In the first 4 years with a relatively new system (2 yrs old when I purchased the house) installed by the previous owner I had multiple issues. It seems like they kept coming back over and over for the same problems. I contacted Trane Corporation, and they sent out Air Doctor (local TRANE Dealer) to look at my system. It seems that the contractor that originally installed this system did not do a good job. Air Doctor came in and lifted the inside unit placed a level pan under it and leveled the unit in the ceiling. It seems the previous installed placed the pan on a tilt with the float shutoff on the high end of the pan causing it overflow and ruin my ceiling. Air Doctor - Absolutely a 5***** star company. I am very impressed by their technicians, customer service and their inhouse employees. In the past year their follow up, customer service contact and their very knowledgeable employees impressed me way beyond my expectations. I will be replacing my unit in the next several months and have decided Air Doctor will be the company I plan on using. Robert Axelrod Read Less

Came home from a trip to find the temperature in my house to be 78 degrees. Called Air Doctor on a Saturday morning and they were able to add me to their schedule. The technician, Rammie, quickly found the leak and had the unit back up and running quicker than I expected. Many thanks! Read Less

We had our semi-annual inspection and Wayne found some issues. He came out, replaced bad parts and our thermostat. Since then we are able to keep our thermostat on higher setting. The house is comfortable. We feel the system is working so much more efficient. We expect to see the results in our electric bill. The office staff is so pleasant , thorough. Recently had emergency at closing of home sell. Buyers cancelled closing due to misunderstanding of AC operation. Rebecca responded immediately and had tech onsite quickly to explain operation to new buyers and saved closing!!! TY so much. Air Doctor should be #1 choice for anyone in Murrells Inlet area. I've been an Air Doctor customer for a while now. Just had my semi-annual inspection and everything checked out. But this afternoon, found that my thermostat was not working! It was very close to 5pm when I called the office. Rammie, an Air Doctor technician, was close by and was able to stop, check it out and get me up and running again.
