I have had Air Doctor services now for 3yrs. I had them install my two Trane units in my house The technicians were great to deal with. They were very professional and made it a joy to have them doing the install at our house. Since then I have had Rammie out doing my yearly services to my systems. He is very professional and knowledgeable. It’s been great having him as my service technician. I also know that most people don’t say anything about the three woman that usually answer the phones and do all the scheduling at the office. I just want to say that Kelly, Rebecca and Lauren do a great job also. It doesn’t matter which one answers the phone when I call. They are all a joy to deal with and they are always accommodating if I have a schedule issue. Overall it’s been a great experience having Air Doctor as our service company for our mechanical systems.
